My first company is Allsec Technologies Limited (February 3,2015- July 7,2015) as a technical support. My responsibilities are to help the clients if they have any queries in their mobile devices and also track the issues from where they are facing it and helps them to solve it. The second where i have worked is India Property Online Private Limited, Chennai which is an online advertisement company. I worked as a customer support from March 30,2016- April 29,2017. My responsibilities are to help the clients how to advertise their properties, giving a suitable ideas to promote the properties and also helps to buy a suitable property as per their requirements. And also will explain the top brand package which we do have to advertise the properties as well as to buy the properties and if the clients are interested to take the package then i will share their details to the concern team to help them out. Also have to check the validity period of their package and the properties advertised. If there is any issue then i will check and forward to concern team to solve the issue as soon as possible. And the recent is Visionary RCM (October 5, 2017 – December 30,2017) as a data entry.
